Get Involved
There are a number of ways your organisation can get involved with Computers for Charities ranging from equipment donation through to financial support and volunteering.
Computer Equipment Donation
CfC offers the provision of disposal services for organisations replacing their old redundant IT and communications hardware. We operate a complete service to collect, classify, recycle, reuse or dispose of equipment in accordance with all existing legislation. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Mobile Phone Donation
Sponsored by Mercedes this is an extension of CfC IT recycling programme. We will collect any unwanted ‘dead or alive’ mobile phones from your organization or from your employees (via a collection box placed at your offices) which can be used to ‘purchase’ transportation for CfC for collections/deliveries in the UK and delivery of equipment for projects in Eastern Europe. Financial Donations
CfC is a 100% volunteer charity so any financial donations go directly to fund our transport fleet, our facility in Sussex and for UK and overseas projects. Financial support is desperately needed to continue to provide relief for thousands of people across the world.
Donor company donations can attract financial incentives and individual donations can be made utilising Gift Aid.
Volunteering
We are always looking for people to help us. Whether it’s through an organisation’s Corporate and Social Responsibility programme or individuals willing to give up their own time. Volunteers can give just a few hours to help us fundraise, help with collections/work at our facility in Sussex or days or weeks working on projects in the UK or overseas. No matter what your expertise there is a way you can help us!! This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
